Zummbbaaaaaaaaaa
Meal 1:
- Peppermint tea (+truvia)
- Whole wheat english muffin (+PB, chia seeds)
- 3 egg-white omelet (+kale, mushroom, onion, mozzarella, tomatoes)
Meal 2:
- Greek yogurt (+coconut milk, frozen blueberries, raw oats, flaxseed, bee pollen, dark choco chips) <- I know my goal this week is no dark choco chips/no choco PB, but this is the one exception Im allowing myself
Meal 3:
- Pita & Baby carrots
- Hummus for dipping
- Iced Green tea (+honey)
Meal 4:
- Slice of homemade whole wheat honey bread (+PB, gouda cheese)
- Grapes
Meal 5:
- Leftover Chili Chicken Kabobs (roasted in oven - chicken, mushroom, onion, yellow bellpepper)
- Corn on the cob (+little butter)
- Slice of homemade whole wheat honey bread (+little butter)
- Coconut Caco Tea (+honey, soymilk)
Boot camp was cancelled this morning, which was fine by me - I was exhausted. Pepper woke up several times crying last night, but went back to sleep on her own (But I still woke up every time!). Then at 4am she was inconsolable, so I had to go in there and calm her down. Changed her, gave her a bottle, went back to sleep.
I spent most of the day cleaning and reorganizing (trying to re-baby proof the house since she walks now and is taller). We hit the grocery store, where a bunch of the check-out people ooh'd and aah'd over my tattoo. That was nice :)
Over the weekend, my neighbor handed me a huge sack of halloween candy, and asked me to hold onto it for her, since her kids were fighting over it. I put it on my desk and haven't given it a second thought. Pre-clean eating I would have absolutely had a candy by now. But Im not even tempted by it! That feels good.
Zumba was awesome - only a few more days before the Zumbathon! Im nervous, but excited. At least nobody can boo me off the stage if I mess up haha.
I'm hoping to feel 100% tomorrow. I've got another painting started out, and I want to work more on it! I cant finish the first one yet, because the colors I used belong to my friend, so I'll have to wait until the weekend!
