I painted a pictureeeee
Breakfast:
- Orange green tea (+honey)
- 1/2c oats (+1/2 banana, 1T wheat germ, 1T chia seeds, 1T PB, a few dark chocolate chips, raw sunflower seeds)
- 2 egg omelet (+spinach, tomato, pepperjack cheese, garlic)
Morning Snack (Skipped since I slept in)
Lunch
- 1 piece of homemade cornbread (+butter, honey)
- Hard-boiled egg white

Afternoon snack
- Protein Smoothie (+splash each of kefir, soymilk and coconut milk, scoop of ON vanilla whey, frozen blueberries, flaxseed, granola)
Dinner
- Homemade pizza (+pita, tomato paste, leftover ground beef, black olives, mushroom, onion, mozzarella)
- 2 slices of homemade cornbread (+butter, honey)
I definitely feel like I overdid it today. Most of what I ate was clean, but not necessarily the best choices. I feel pretty bloated today, and Im definitely looking forward to getting back into my routine. My goal for next week is NO chocolate PB and NO dark chocolate chips. Theyre tasty, but need to be reserved for treat days.
Last night, while sloshed on wine and cigarettes (so bad, but so good), me and a friend painted and it felt soooo good to be creative again. My painting isnt done, but Ill take photos when it is! I painted a mermaid in watercolor on a huge illustration board. I think its pretty good, considering I havent touched watercolors since college!
Its so gloomy and wet out, I love it. I hope it stays cool this week! Next weekend is the Zumbathon and Im NERVOUS, but very excited too!!
