Um...I saw Snow Patrol on Friday? It. Was. Awsome.
They were awsome live and both openers (Silversun Pickups and Ok Go!) rocked! Ok Go! had the most rando background displays ever like people getting hit by water in slow-mo or a guy dancing dressed in the same fabric that they had on the wall, or things being blown/un-blown up or my favorite, wacky flailing inflateable tube men!! hahahaha Snow Patrol had wicked effects too. Nothing huge but the lighting was incredible. They're so great live and the lead singer was so...funny! He was having "a bit of a gay day" haha Totally reminded me of Scrubs.
Pretty much it was an awsome night! Except for all the clearly underage emo kids. Seriously, Tickle Me Emo, don't listen to my conversations and join in. I don't care what you think. Don't mosh to the songs by jumping up and down. You're only stepping on me and making me want to side check you. And don't use a glow stick if you don't know how. I distinctly did not enjoy being sprayed with glow stick innards. Otherwise.....I love Snow Patrol.
