Broccoli Cheese Soup

Ingredients:

2 Large Heads of Broccoli Chopped into bite size, 1 onion chopped into small pieces, 4 cups of water, 6 Chicken bouillon cubes, 2 cups milk,
4 Tbsp flour, 4 Tbsp butter, 1 cup Velveeta American cheese cubed.

Chop broccoli and onion into small pieces into soup pot, and add water and chicken bouillon cubes. Cover pan and  Boil until tender. Add 4 Tbsp flour to 2 cups of milk and whisk together. Add to Broccoli mixture and continue boiling until thick. Continue stirring and when thickened add American Cheese and butter. Serve immediately.
