Finally!!! I got me a jobby job...two actually, on the same day. And then one offered me 40 hours a week a few days later. It's a major relief. I'm nervous, there's a lot of reponsibility, but I'm excited. This is going to help me decide grad school...I hope. The schedule seems pretty good too, mostly because it's 11p-7a with every other weekend off. I like consistency.
Training started this week. Med Tech training, Demantia training, and orientation. RCA training and first aid re-certification will be next week. Then I'll be ready to shadow and help out until my facility opens, hopefully within the next few weeks.
What a relief...I was running out of hope and money!

I can't wait. I've been training in Placerville at the facility that opened last month, it's SO nice...I wish I could afford a place like it for my mom, they're just awesome. And these oldsters LOVE the Wii. SO cute!
