Ohhhh gawd separated at birth or what!

teine was just discussing this article with me yesterday, and said when we are down in Manchester in Aug to make a point to go and see it.

Then went on to discuss visiting Bletchley Park, and how he bet you would love to do something like that, I wont mention anything about building your own Enigma machine, nope nope nope!

Not the plaque, which is new, but the statue of him in the gay village.

And yes, I did think the four of us might do the 2 1/2 hour Bletchley Park tour.. And the computer museum, and check out the "build your own Enigma machine".. :)

I seem to remember something about the statue, that the worlds biggest Computer companies were asked to donate toward the cost, and all refused.

I so have to go there, perhaps we should make a weekend of it...

Bletchley Park is so on my list of things to do. As for the four of us doing the tour and the computer museum, that sounds great! And building an Enigma machine sounds positively grand!
