In where she's healthier

My muscles are sore from doing my exercises.
I'm down to doing them at least twice a week, which for me is very good. And since I'm alone at home I can do exactly as much as I feel comfortable with, not pushing too far but also allowing myself to pause the DVD and do more of the ones I am comfortable with. As a result I feel my body gaining strength and some of the pain subsiding.

Why didn't I do this sooner?
