The problem with going away on holiday and suspending your real life for a while, lovely as it is, is that time passes without you actually noticing.
That is why this morning I looked through my assignments folder, found the one I was looking for, looked at the date at the top right and thought 'Oh, that's fine, it doesn't have to be in until the 10th of June, that's ages!'
And then two seconds later I realised that it's already the 9th of June and somehow June appeared without my knowledge or consent while we were in Scotland...
Anyway, it's done now and didn't take all that long, which probably means it's too short and a bit crap! Never mind. I'll hand it in tomorrow and forget all about it for a while, phew!
Ten o'clock is striking in town and I think I am possibly ready for bed now.
