getting ready for SPRING!
Yesterday it was a beautiful day on the east coast, up north. I went to visit a community farm in the morning, and being around the baby cows and pregnant goats, and walking in the muddy ground with the melting snow and the warm sunlight - it inspired me to go home & get a head start on my garden. I pulled out all the old dry plants (& plowed a few seed pods back in to the dirt). I could see a few of my bulbs poking thier shoots out! Then I swept the porch, and put the tablecloth back, & just sat on my porch - heard some people playing baseball around the corner, heard the nighbors & the kids, & lots of birds. Then by 1:00 the sun was gone from my porch, and it got cold. I forgot - it is still Winter...
