Anticipation and breathe..
The Oregon Marching Band is intense. It has to be since it's the best. The second week of band camp seems more tedious than the first and just as frantic! Right now we're learning our 007 show for FOB (or Festival of Bands for you not in the know). But this week I don't ache near as much. (Watch I'll wake unable to move. lol.) Oh and one of the GTF said the trumpet section as whole was the best section in the band. We are the most attentive. Even when the drum majors say we can relax we're still at standby for fear of Donnie,Our section leader's wrath. Today Matt our assistant section leader was really sick. I hope I don't get sick...
Today during my dinner break I attended a little info section for the Chinese flagship program. We had a little interview in chinese to help prepare for the placement test. I'm nervous, but I actually feel like i can do this!
It's so weird to see the campus filling up. I actually have neighbors.
Well I guess I should go to sleep soon. OMB rocks! Go Ducks!
