4 leeks (one is out of frame), 2 zucchini, a very limp head of lettuce, a bunch of baby spinach, a bunch of basil, a bunch of green onions, & blueberries.
I still have the blueberries from previous weeks...I need to make some muffins, I just haven't felt like it. We did eat some of the peas, the snow peas, with the bok choi and some shrimp, stir fried. I used last week's braising greens with all the previous kale with dinner on Monday, and ended up tossing the Asian greens, as it looked like it was mainly kale with some snow peas and a bit of bok choi mixed in. Still have the lettuce, though I used up the one from the week before. So we're doing okay on using up what we can. We still have some radishes, and the sugar snap peas, so we'll need to work on those this week. Going to use up the baby spinach in some quiche this weekend, so we will need to get some more eggs, and check for ham in the freezer and but it if we don't have any. Or maybe use a lot of bacon. We'll see. Not sure what to do with the zucchini; Lou's not a huge fan of raw and there's not really enough for bread. Maybe do something with the leeks, too.
