Got a neutral density filter for the DSLR. One of out 4 cameras in this house.. ^^;;) It iliminates hotspots and stops from having washed out photos. I can use super bright flood lights without having to carefully plan out where to put them! (In other words its a tool that makes me more lazy, aha)
