I just found out about this, and I want to go!!! There are never any cool non-reenacting events in NJ, and Cape May's Victorian Week(s) can be too fussy, but Neo-Victorian/Steampunk---fucking awesome!!!
I don't know if I could stay for the ball--I have nothing of that sort I could wear, and no time to make anything. Plus, I don't want to stay at a hotel if I can just go home.
The whole thing looks like it could be fun!!
