Waaai, a pre-graduate ball is coming to town, and so, looking for a first-in-life ‘cocktail dress’ begins! :3 <--eek, sounds like I were a Barbie or sth… speaking of Barbie, how parents can name a girl like this..? Like those of young Taiwanese actress, Barbie Hsu… *cold shiver* (the girl at least doesn’t act like a doll ^^;)

*change* When Hsu came to my mind, F4 followed right after. To me, as a boysband they’re… handsome Taiwanese guys (hehe, music is not what matters), included in a CD that was presented to me by my oriental dance teacher.*bows*. :D Actually, ‘The *Shine* Group of Boys’ *xD* is a mix of b-bands like BAD, F4, 5566 and …. [pls insert chinese characters :P]. I gave a personal touch to this compilation, naming it: ‘Hikaru… Hikaru Genji’. :D

Another CD from China I got is a mix of popular 2004 songs, including Jay Chou, Jolin Tsai, S.H.E etc. But… what a female cover of ‘Scarborough Fare’ (originally by Simon&Garnfunkel) is doing there? xD And a French song sung by- who knows her? - Michelle...? Anyway, my fav track is a main theme song of ‘The House of Flying Daggers’, sung by Zhang Ziyi. It’s so different from all this ch-pop stuff. <--ahh, but I like it too, it’s making me cheerful~~

…Demo… I want to study Japanese, *right*? So why do I…? >_>

*sudden relief* Ahh, but my plan was to study Chinese after finishing my j-studies, so I suppose it’s ok to be so engulfed in Chung-Kuo. ^.^v

On the other hand, Koreans also have this something. O_0 Kyaaaa, nooo, let Mada’s sister learning the language, and after she’s in Korea, start paying her frequent visits. >:E Hai hai, wonderful plan desu ne~. U^U*

Coming back to the ball! They opened a new shop in Warsaw (‘Classic China’), offering traditional ch-clothes + some other fancy things. They’re of a good quality and not too expensive (as for natural silk of course). Haaai, I managed to buy a beautifully embroidered jacket, pair of ‘historical’ earrings, hairpins, and got a ring as a present (<--and it was because I said to the owner’s daughter ‘Ni hao ma’ T^T *moved*). Next week I’ll buy a bag too. *Glomps* But together it costs sooo much! Mada, you’re making all those fancy things by yourself, and don’t spend so much cash on being swanky, so let me give you my tribute. @_@

Ehh, but these ch-thingies are not just beautiful to me. If I could, I’d buy a kimono to demonstrate all those conservative teachers that I will have my way, despite what they think. But more important is my premonition that I’m linked with Japan&China. Sometimes I like to think that maybe in former lives I was a warrior or a Buddhist priest  ;) (<--…w-what am I making up?? =_=*)  Yeah, but then why can’t I learn how to use chopsticks properly? T^T When few weeks ago I was with my Taiwanese ‘xifu’ in Chinatown (a restaurant), I was the only one who couldn’t eat the duck without blushing. Other participants were young psychologist who loves martial arts&Jet Li <3, and (almost) professional billiard player. Why did *they* surpass me?! Whyyyy?!?!*

*I’m worrying that much because once a Viet girl told me that if I want to be with Asian ppl, it’s essential to eat using chopstics ;P

And now, the photos of a jacket&earrings. I didn’t use dad’s cam, which makes HQ pictures, and mine is s*it (gomen ne~ ). >:/ The red on a jacket is actually maroon. BTW, I will also sew a simple dress from a maroon material which Grandma once gave me. She’s from Russia, so I was surprised to find out that it was produced in South Korea.^_^/

The only thing left is to bribe the beautician and make her draw a ‘lotus’ on my forehead, just like T’ang ladies used to wear. Of course mom is against it, but hey, I can’t stay meek forever! :0
