I don't really like to eat theese days, so as a substitute, I tend to watch BBC food before going to work in the mornings. I've just noticed one thing. All the chefs remove the seeds and whites from inside the chilis when they use them for cooking, just as I've always done. For instance, this morning even one guy cooking some morokkan chicken
