Car update
Ok, after further consideration of the matter mavnn and I have found out that:
our current car is worth less than what we have spent on it during last year in repairs only;
due to a unforeseen and somewhat inexplicable change of heart/mind of Scottish granny we are now richer than we expected;
for the budget that we are now looking at we can get a decent and newer used car that should give us much less grief than the lump of scrap the rover currently is.
Final upshot: we shall be getting a car in the next two weeks woo hoot!
Any recommendation on makes/models/dealers ? lowest tax/insurance bracket please, we are richer, definitely not rich (unfortunately)

Everything else however seems to suit us just fine.... he hee :P
