That weredolphin book will never cease to intrigue me. I can only hope it's part of a series about werebeasts of the sea. Will there be a wereblue whale?

Sadly, the weredolphin is the only werebeast, I was hoping for more as well. It's a series about superheroes that are descendants of the Greek gods (who were actually superheroes themselves).

So what unfortunate god got to hand on the awesome POWER OF WEREDOLPHIN? I be his descendant was really pissed at find out that was his skill.

I'm pretty sure it was Poseidon. Nah, his descendant loved it. I mean, wouldn't YOU love turning into a dolphin once a month and getting to go play at Sea World? He's BFFs with Shamu...talking to marine life is one of his other powers.

What is this called? (And how does the ferret tie in with the dolphin? Does he ride around on his back? I MUST KNOW THESE THINGS.)

It's the Aphrodite series by Julie Kenner. Each book focuses on a different character and their love life, but they're all connected. Weredolphin shows up as the main character in book 3. The main character of book 2 has the power to talk to/understand animals, and the ferret is his buddy. Sadly he does not ride around on weredolphin's back...he mostly annoys everyone and dreams of being a tv star.
