They stood in front of the window in her ready room, Earth spinning beside them; it was a sight neither of them truly thought they would see again. They were wearing the clothes they had worn the first time they had said goodbye to Voyager together - all those years ago on New Earth when the parting had been both sad and terrifying. Somehow it seemed right to tie those times together like this, when the farewell to Voyager was now something laced with hope; with joy and promise for the future. “So what happens now?” He asked. She kissed him.
