So I just watched Doctor Who 4.01, Partners in Crime. There is positive murmuring from the fatosphere, and it was full of happy sparkly cracky glee, which is really all I ask from Who-- and then THAT BIT happened. I spent that entire segment going "WAIT, WHAT? SHUT UP. OH MY GOD. WHAT? WHAT? SHUT UP. WHAT? OH MY GOD." etc. Literally. Out loud. And then had to apologize to my roomie, obvs. SERIOUSLY WHAT. Was she a hologram? A freaky-deeky astral projection like the Doctor was at the end of Doomsday? And how much do I love that they played the Doomsday theme there? I have the soundtrack d/led and Doomsday and The Cybermen are two of my favorite tracks for studying to, ha.
OH MAN IT IS WHO SEASON I AM SO EXCITED. YAY NEW EPISODE TOMORROW YAY.
Er, before I watched Partners in Crime, I caught up on Torchwood, which, honestly? I don't like as much as I like Who, I don't think. And after "Exit Wounds," I think I like it less. Oh, Torchwood.
Anyway, I have been feeling gross all week-- I went to the health center on Tuesday and they were like "Okay, it's probably viral, come back if you don't get better," so I spent all week in a fog of wooziness and not being able to thing and congestion and exhaustion and went back today and the nurse practitioner said "Oh, it's a sinus infection, here are some antibiotics and decongestants and they're stress-related so you should start taking a stress vitamin," and told me the one to get, so now I'm in much better shape. I mean, I still feel crappy, but at least I know there's an end in sight now.
