not quite a GIP
So magique_icon is basically my favorite thing ever. I realized after watching Heroes 1.15 "Run!" that I desperately needed a Nathan icon, and now I have one. And look how pretty it is! I love the coloring.

I posted fic yesterday afternoon! Slow Night Soft Light, Heroes/Supernatural crossover, pre-both series, Dean Winchester/Meredith Gordon, PG13, 887 words, spoilers for Heroes 1.14 & 1.15, no SPN spoilers.
There may be more fic today, considering that I am off school for the third day in a row. Well, I skipped on Tuesday because it was Senior Skip Day, but they dismissed early because of snow anyway, which means that nothing got done at all, so no harm, no foul, right?

Things that make me happy: getting to say "driver picks the music, shotgun shuts his cakehole," and mean it. (Monday, driving home from school with my brother, I keep skipping through songs on my .mp3 player. "Tearin' Up My Heart" by *NSYNC comes on (inspired by keepaofthecheez embedding the video in her journal thanks to YouTube awhile ago). The brother starts to protest. I channel Dean Winchester. He shuts up.)
ETA for more brother-related hilarity. This extremely politically incorrect conversation just took place (but I figured my flist wouldn't be offended, considering that most of y'all write hot brother-on-brother action):
My brother: I hope you contract AIDS, you gonorrhea-infested hobag!
Me: I hope *you* contract AIDS, you gonorrhea-infested hobag!
My brother: Your mom! ...Wait, that's not right.

I love that Mika Boorem was playing a 16-year-old five years ago on Dawson's Creek and she played one again on Tuesday's House. She has to be like 25 by now. But I thought the episode was really good.
