10x16 - Paint It Black
Oh my God, I’m so bored. I’m only 12 minutes into the episode and I can’t bear it…the organ music is terrible, the guest actors are terrible, even the nun talking to Dean sounds bored with her own lines.
How on Earth are Buckner and Ross-Leming still even employed? This is one of the most boring episodes of any TV show that I’ve ever seen… it’s just not even interesting.
Not even Jensen looking amazing on screen can salvage this one for me.
Let’s see if I can make it through the next 30 minutes without wanting to die of boredom….
… Yeah, so that didn’t happen… well, there’s 42 minutes of my life I will never get back. Can’t believe I actually waited 4 days and spent several hours on a crappy internet connection getting hold of this episode. What a waste of time…. And to think that I assumed ‘Paint It Black’ would have something to do with the Mark of Cain and black demon eyes :S.

- Rowena’s over the top acting
- The awful music
- The Grand Coven crap
- The monotonous delivery of the nun’s lines
- Dean hitting on the nun
- The utter cheesiness of the flashback painting scenes
- The fact that there are cheesy flashback scenes to 1520… what the hell happened to the gritty, backroads Supernatural we all fell in love with?
- The unimaginative scenes with the Grand Coven witch (what was her accent? Half-American, half-English?).
- Isabella’s OTT accent
- The cringey sex noises
- A hamster, really?
- Just the whole execution of the storyline
