I just read my horoscope for today. Given my current state of mind, I find it appropriate for things.
You may be getting anxious today because of your uncertainty about how the past leads to the future. It's hard to see the real connection between what you are currently doing and where you want to go. You prefer having a concrete plan, yet being weighed down by too much structure can be dangerous now. This is an opportunity for you to practice letting go of control, for you can always tighten the reins again in a few days.
Also, I find that on Monday evenings, my knees are always killing me after walking around teaching all day after a weekend of...not walking around teaching. They don't hurt any other day of the week; it's almost as though just two days is enough to erase my knees' memories of what my shoes are like, or something.
