Announcement.
Hi, guys. Outrageous Sues by Adult Suethors week has been put on hold. I found out Monday night that my uncle died suddenly in his sleep. If anyone would like to finish the week for me, that would be great. If not, it will resume next Monday.
When I called one of my aunts to tell her the news, she said, and I kid you not, "[Your cousin] and I are watching Pirates of the Caribbean. Come on over."
So, that is exactly what I did. I watched Jack's scheming, Will's heroics, and Elizabeth's...well, a little bit of both...not to mention the delightfully fiendish Barbossa and the antics of all the PotC cast from Governor Swann to Jack the Monkey. At the end of the movie, everyone in the room felt so much better for watching a delightful adventure story full of wit--and hats. Don't forget the hats. Thank you, makers of Pirates of the Caribbean, for cheering us up when we needed it.
