Back in the Game
The buyer backed out! Got a call Tuesday afternoon telling me I could now buy the condo I had wanted to buy on the 19th. Huzzah! Thanks for all the feel good thoughts. I owe it all to my supportive friends and family.
To make my week extra crazy, I am trying to qualify for the 1st time homebuyers credit. This means I need to review and sign the P&S with a real estate attorney and hand over half of a 3% deposit on Friday (all arranged). Then, I need to close by June 30 (dependent on overwhelmed lender). Keep your fingers and toes crossed for me!
