Snow
I haven't update in awhile, mostly because of intermittent computer issues. I've been at my new job for about a month, and so far, I love it. I'm not doing much clinical work at this point, but I have seen a few patients and I've been invited to go to several continuing education conferences to keep up-to date.
I'm home-bound today because of the Nor'easter, and I'd like to take Nathan out later to play in the snow, but he's been sick for the past 3 weeks with a sinus infection, so I don't think that's wise. I'll need to go out, however, and do the second round of shoveling so that Paul can get in the driveway when he gets home.
Things at church are quieting down a little, because we finally called a new priest! He'll be arriving the first week of January, and I'm very excited. He'll actually be in down on Wednesday and Thursday to do some apartment-hunting. We're having a dinner for him (potluck, thankfully)with the committee and the vestry so he can meet a few people.
I'd better get out and shovel (ugh)....
