Good to be back

   I came home yesterday. It was a great visit, and very restful, although we always seemed to be too busy for me to write anything. We went to a flea-market, and I was very lucky there, because I found a book (Rasmus and the Vagabond by Astrid Lindgren), a movie (Valiant, an animated movie about British messenger doves during WWII), and a thin ( Read more... )

Do you read any blogs or sites about knitting in Internet? There can be some ideas I guess. When did you begin to knit for the first time?

I do, and I've found and knit some nice things that way. It's the deciding what to pick that poses the biggest problem...

I love The Sound of Music. It is one of my all-time favorite movies.

It's a lovely movie:). There aren't many movies all sweetness and light that truly touch me, but somehow, this one does.
Most of my trips to other flea markets are a waste of time, but this one place usually has something to offer.

I didn't see The Sound of Music for the first time until a couple of years or so ago! For shame.

I saw that movie when I was 14, I think, and even at that age, it was so lovely... The storm still hasn't broken, but it did rain a little, and dark clouds are still hovering above us, so maybe tomorrow...
