I'm smooth. At work, I say to them, "I have an appointment at 10. I won't be long" and I leave a little early to make it before the store opens. Maybe it's because there's no new tv (besides that horrid dance show that completely sucked me in...why do I have NO self control???? and the awesome Project Runway) that I feel a general why bother when it comes to LJ in the summer months. Because, really, I don't think I've ever done this during the summer. I intend to and yet...nada.
