Last night was like the best night of TV eva! Or, at the very least, the best of the season, so far. Hello, my pretty shows, how I've missed you.
I hate that I now watch this shit. I just wanted to reiterate that again. I'm not surprised that Lisa went home but I almost fainted when I switched at 9:25 to Fox to see my girlfriend in the top 3. REALLY???? Sons of bitches. Granted, I don't vote, which I suppose last night should now spurr me into action but it probably won't. I was glad to see Ace there (sorry, javalicious!)...although he should not have been there over Pickler AND Kat certainly shouldn't have been there over her or Chris. This show is just TOO MUCH. And I was thinking about Mandisa's new nickname of Mandiva and if I were her, I would be a little upset. I mean, that's pretty tranny, don't you think?
I love Top Model. I can't help it. Tyra is so insane and the things she makes these girls do and how she is just damn condescending. Mwah! Love her. You know she's totally evil. I don't even care who wins at this point because I liked Kari aka Bridget Bardot and she's gone so whatever to ANTBF. JANICE! See, when you have her on the show and then they go back to Twiggy, it's like having the most amazing cheesecake ever and then getting Jell-O cheesecake which is just icky.
Dear Locke, thank you for being you and for always being interesting. Thank you for having flashback episodes that don't make me want to stick a toothpick in my eye. Thank you for being pretty and scarred and fucked up with your daddy issues because hi, me too! (Not the pretty and scarred part - unless we're talking "war wounds" then I'm with you) Thank you for FINALLY making something HAPPEN on the show after all these episodes. Thank you for trusting Henry enough so we FINALLY get the truth about that and thank you for inspecting Sayid's obsession's house before she moved in. You're so good.
I loved last night's ep. And not just the last 2 minutes, like with most Lost episodes but the whole kit 'n caboodle. Granted, it was a Lock episode so I'm probably majorly biased since I find him and his life the most interesting. I really thought this would be the ep that they told us about how he became handicapped but nope!
Just some random thoughts:
- The map kicks ASS. It's really, really interesting and the fuselage has all the Latin transcribed and I have to say, it's blowing my mind. Anyone want to see the map in all it's blow-up glory, go here. (They took it down. Bastards. I'll try and upload it later, if I can) It's truly awesome and makes me love the show all over again.
- I said to D., "I hope they exhume the body." Yay, Sayid! You are so my twisted torturer!
- I truly believe that Henry was in the vent the whole time. I don't think he pushed the button at all. I think nothing happens and it just went back to the beginning.
- I also find it interesting that Henry's reactions to the numbers and the button and that whole set-up was one of surprise, I thought. I don't think he had a freakin' clue.
- On the map it says: "Activity minimal during lockdown and restocking procedures". Awesome, Lindelof. Serioulsy. I haven't said that all year, I don't think. The whole map thing has me so excited, it's ridiculous.
- I still believe that Locke was paralyzed because of his father. And I won't stop believing it until the show us differently.
- I want to know WHEN Locke finds out his dad is Sawyer.
- Poor Peggy Bundy. Poor John Locke. He's so fucked up but I get where she's coming from, I do, but I get him and his issues with Anthony even more.
Now, here's to hoping they don't drop the ball.

- tlace had some very interesting theories yesterday when we were ignoring work and I'm proud of her for nailing the Madison/older man thing. Way to go, Tee!
- She also had an extremely interesting theory about Dick that I won't get into because it's hers to share but now everytime Dick opens his mouth, it's all innuendo and "Tee's totally right!" runs through my head. Damn you.
- I'm not even joking around anymore. Where the fuck with WEEVIL??????????
- Yay, Wallace! Funny, cute Wallace bffing with Veronica like before. *sigh*
- Cliff! Is that a toupe? Hmm... Cliff and Keith are so great together and if there were a spin-off, Starsky and Hutch style, these two would be perfect.
- I did not know Troy was coming back so that made me very happy because I really liked Troy and I really liked Troy & Veronica together.
- Did it seem strange that Cliff and Keith didn't ask the hooker for a description of the guy? That bugged me.

- Hi, Veronica, it's nice to see you again. I've been missing you since you caught the bad guy and almost burned up in fridge and Logan was at your door. Glad to have you back. Stay or it's your ass.
- Oh, Logan. Logan, Logan, Logan. Here's something that also bugged: the terrible thing? What was that, exactly? Let us know, thanks. Look, I like Logan and I think he's great being all emo-y and doing the puppy-dog act and the whole bit but I gotta say, I miss snarky Logan. I miss HIM, much in the same way I missed Veronica. I want him back. He can be fucked up and funny at the same time. He did for 22 episodes last year so get on with it, already.
- I'm not the hugest Hannah fan and not because OMG!!LoVe 4-eva!!!Squee!! but just because I think she's overstayed her welcome. HOWEVER, I couldn't help but just feel awful for her in the parking lot, loved the cake with the file in it, loved that she forgave him because I really think a lot of us would (many of us wouldn't and would probably take that file and stab him with it but some of us would totally forgive...maybe not forget, but forgive), and that make-out scene? That wasn't too bad. I remember thinking Logan's gotten a lot of trim this year. Good for him!
- And let me say, why are some people freaking out because she's 15? Is this a surprise? That a 15 year old is having sex? I believe Logan and Lilly were screwing their brains out when they were that age. Why is that okay? Of course, if I misread every scene they had together and they were virginal little angels, please correct me.
- I'm sort of confused but were we supposed to be surprised the the Fitzpatricks are maybe involved in the crash? Have the two always been kept separate? I said to Tee that the only way I'm really caring about the bus crash at this point is if it involves what went down on the bridge. Hey, those Fitzpatrick boys seem to have their hands in a lot of pies. Maybe Aaron should switch from Duncan to one of them! It's so obvious that the Fitzpatrick's killed Lilly. Might as well add yet another ? to the season.
