 What a great weekend it has been.  Saturday Steven had his new friend Killian over for a sleepover and it was big fun.  Today Scott and I each sat a different open house while Steven hung out at his friends house.  I met some really great clients and we have a listing appointment set up for Friday at 2:00.  woohoo.  We also wrote an offer for ( Read more... )

 I miss summer vacation.    I don't realize how much I miss it until Steven is out of school and is ready to do all of the summer vacation fun stuff like,  sleeping in until 10:00 (that would be me, he sleeps in until 7:30 at most), staying in pajamas all day, having cereal for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, playing at the park, and swimming all day ( Read more... )

Well we are all settled in at our new office and working our tales off.   It feels so good to be productive and in control of our own financial future. We have already gotten a new client and we wrote an offer yesterday that was countered today and accepted by our clients.  If all works out this cute little family will be moving into their "new to ( Read more... )

 We never gave a thought to changing offices because we have developed such a strong bond with the owner and her family (several of them work in the office as well).  They all love Steven and often get sad when we don't bring him to work with us.  Not having to hire a nanny to take care of Steven is wonderful as we like having him with us as often ( Read more... )
