PS. I'm having a procedure done on my heart on October 8th, and I have to stay in the hospital over night. What happens is, they go in through each femoral artery (in the top of my thigh under the hipbone) and look around and monitor me for about an hour. Then they actually do the procedure which is called ablasion. They laser-burn the problem areas of my heart that are causing the extra beat. That takes 3 hours. Then after they're done they leave the catheders (tube thingies) in my legs and monitor me for 5 hours while lying down flat. They take 'em out after that and let my lie flat for another 8 hours which I'm sure will be so much fun. I have to sleep there, but I'm sure I won't be awake for most of the day either. I hope it doesn't hurt, and I hope they give me some good drugs. Haha! Anyway, think of me on October 8th and I'll let everyone know how I am. I'll be at Robert Wood Johnson in New Brunswick if anyone wants to visit :-)
