I went to the doctor today and stepped on that loathsome scale. Granted, I knew I'd gained weight since quitting my job as a waitress (at which I'd actually lost weight) and taking a higher paying desk job, but SHIT. NOT COOL SCALE. NOT COOL.
Goal: Lose 50 lbs.
How I'm going to achieve that goal?
Eat a sit-down breakfast.
Sleep at least 7 hours per night (starting tomorrow since I'm typing this at 1:30am).
Cook at least 75% from scratch.
Start 3 days per week exercise regimen
Anyone have any tasty AND healthy recipes they'd like to share?
