after day one. day two's food consisted of...
strawberries and bananas.
advantage choco shake.
cajun turkey with green lettuce, oat nut bread with fake mayo.
homemade chicken chow mein with lots o veggies.
no gym - it was scott's homecoming.

day three.
scott took me to lunch.
buffalo chicken wrap (was not fried) with curly fries (only ate about 5 fries)
drink was a mudslide martini.
when i got home i had an advantage choco shake.
dinner (9pm gr!!) was fatty chinese food - sweet and sour chicken, i ate two chicken things, 3 boneless spare ribs and a two forkfuls of rice with a mai tai.
no gym - didn't have time.

day four (today)
breakfast - advantage choco shake
pre lunch - banana
lunch - cajun roastbeef, gren lettuce with oat nut bread and fake mayo.
snack - tomato basil wheat thins (small amount)
dinner - i am crossing my fingers that i get to cook my salmon and have that on a salad. we shall see.

scott and i were going to go to vt for the weekend or home to his parents. big shock we are going to his parents because they need him to work on the boat. i'd rather stayat home and be comfortable than go hang out in scituate.. however i will be going to scituate with my bike, my camera, backpack, treats and biking by myself with my ipod around that uppity town for peace of mind. i can't wait. best weekend alone ever.
