yesterday i went grocery shopping. bj's and clements. shopping was awesome!!

last night while i was making dinner i managed my time swimmingly. i cut my fruit for breakfast, made my salad for lunch, cleaned the shrimp and started marinading, thawed the spinach and cut the broccoli, grated the cheese and washed the dishes. that was all done while the stove pre-heated and the ten mins it took to cook the pizza.

dinner was a spinach broccli parm and moz, sauce was pesto, basil, garlic and olive oil pizza. alsoutely delicious! drank with some crystal light ice tea.

breakfast is one whole cut banana, half cut gala apple, two cut strawberries. i think i still need to work on portions.

pre-lunch i made a salad. green lettuce, baby spinach, carrots, beets, broccoli with a balsamic vinegar and oil dressing. drinking some water.

lunch is left over pizza! drinking some water.

snack from one p.m. to five p.m. is dried fruit, got the package with the least amount of "junk" i could find.

dinner for tonight. i haven't thought much about but i might skip depending on my hunger. if i am hungry i'll cook up 4 shrimp that has been marinading in a lemon peppercorn mix. i'll broil that and put it atop a salad. i'll probably just go to the gym and pass out when i get home instead of being hungry.
