Kilrenko leans against the doorframe at Antiquitus, smoking a cigarette. She hasn't smoked pretty much since she came back, but things... well, life seems to be getting complicated again. She wears a black vest-suit without a shirt. Every now and then, she looks up at the cloudy sky meditatively.

Jack was walking along the street with a paper bag clutched in one hand. He smiled as he came up to Kil's shop.

"Hey! Feel like celebrating the end of summer with me?" he asked, and patted the slightly frosty bag. "You look like you need it with that serious face you've got on."

[btw, I saw a lady with one of Kil's old icons on a t-shirt on Saturday, and was like dude! Nice!]

"To paraphrase a comic strip I read, 'Cyborgs don't know what flavor is their favorite until they've tried every kind,'" Kil says with a grin. "Want me to pull out a couple of antique chairs to eat them in?"

"I hope you're going to clean all this up," Lana said with mock-sternness, before taking a seat in a nearby chair.

"Fishing," Loki responded with a smile. He sat up and set down the latest half-formed airplane to focus his attention on her.

She tucked one foot under her and made herself comfortable. "They're rather nice airplanes."

His smile widened to a flirtatious grin. "As opposed to all the other ones here in the village."
