Maleficent sat down in the lobby, eagerly anticipating her walk with the elf through the woods. With more heat than she'd felt for the idea on Friday. She wrote it off to the event being closer than it was the day before.

Her eyes darted to the ways into the lobby from the residential areas at every hint of a sound of someone coming from them.

It wasn't like the cold weather affected Rikki much, she could heat herself up anytime, but it was really nice that the day was a mild one compared to before. She stopped at the bakery to pick up a treat and a big cup of coffee before heading to the park to sit on the bench and enjoy it. Maleficent's reading and writing skills improved since she'd started practicing them. Most common words she could read at a glance, and she was able to figure out most uncommon ones by sounding them out.
