Music to Soothe the Soul (OTA)

This morning I noticed Brigid's name was gone from the directory. I'm actually a tad sad about it, she certainly was an interesting and useful acquaintance. Is it the sadness that makes me feel so restless today? Well, after some pacing up and down my room, feeding the fish and folding away some washing, I'm looking for something that will soothe my soul - and as so often the answer I come up with is music.

As I left my cello at the opera house after the last rehearsal, I go down to the bar and after a brief check with the bar staff sit at the piano down there. It's still early and there aren't many people about yet, so I hope I can play without much interference.

Now what do I want to play? Beethoven always seems like a good choice. I begin with the Piano Sonata No. 8.
