What is better than a custom-made man?! (closed to participants)

It was a fairly simple plan, really. Most of Frank's plans were. The goal was simple, as well: to create the perfect man.

He'd learned from Eddie and Rocky, you see. No more splitting brains. His perfect man would have a full brain of his own. In a beautiful package as well. So. Instead of sticking together parts, he thought this time he'd try with a fully-formed package.

That was where Jack Harkness came in. Frank's lab was ready; he had his bone saws, his power generators, all the things he thought he might need. Then he sent Jack a message.

JACK - COME RIGHT AWAY - EMERGENCY! - MY LAB! - FRANK

Then he donned his scrubs and perfected his make-up and stood provocatively by his table, hand on cocked hip. He smiled wide when Jack showed up wearing that elaborate coat. "Jack!" he cried, smiling. "You came!"

Jack had read the message and had come running to the lab below Hidden Franks. He was cautious of Frank and his motives, but this had sounded serious so he’d decided to put aside his misgivings for the moment. Frank might truly be in trouble and he hadn’t been about to ignore the summons. So he’d burst through the door gun drawn, “Frank, what’s wrong? I thought you were in trouble!”

The lovely specimen didn't even have time to say more before Elle used her very helpful skill to shock Jack in the back. Not hard enough to kill of course, since little Elle was not aware of Jack’s certain gifts. If she had? Well, she’d have had some fun with it, same as she had with other certain undying individuals.

But the shock had it’s intended effect, anything else Jack had been about to say was cut off and he crumpled to the ground.

"Hooray!" Frank cried, already gleeful, clapping as he staggered closer. "Let's get him on the table! We have so much work to do!"

He reached for Jack's shoulders and they wrestled Jack to the table and he happily strapped his specimen in as he busied himself snapping on latex gloves.
