"You know... one time, then the village delivered children. I had one show up." She paused, thinking about it. "In some alternate reality I had a child with a demon. Although he was turned back into an angel when he was here."
Crowley had saved her life, among others. It still unsettled Anna.

Castiel had mentioned the whole situation with Meg arriving, a while back, but Faith had assumed, apparently wrongly, that Anna and he would work past it. That Anna and Cas would stay together.

"We... I moved out." She didn't want to make Castiel come off as the bad guy although he probably could have handled the whole situation better.
"He has feelings for someone else. He says he still does for me, but," Anna paused. She thought about it again and was still certain about her decision. "Well. I think if he had to make a choice, it wouldn't be me."
Anna hadn't given Castiel a choice because she was certain guilt would play more into his decision than love.
