"Nice suit. Do I know you, buddy?" The guy was obviously not Joe Next Door, but Aaron couldn't sense squat from him.
[ooc: I've been playing it that Aaron can't sense Lucifer's angelic presence at all, something that he could clearly do with Gabriel and Michael. Also, that Lucifer's physical appearance was different in Aaron's canon.]

Aaron's reaction elicited a smile from Lucifer and he chuckled.
"I like to make an entrance, I can't help it." He said, looking at Aaron. "And no, I don't think you do know me."
Lucifer used the words in a different context. He was sure Aaron didn't truly understand him entirely.
"I knew Gabriel, however." He added.

It was comforting on some level to see that Aaron looked well.
"I'm sure he's in a better place," Lucifer said. "Probably with what's-her-name. The one with the mouth on her."

"Yep. Very good friend," He answered. "Known him for what seems like forever. Sad to see him go, actually."
He and Gabriel might not have seen eye-to-eye, but they were still brothers and Lucifer did love his family, even if they were all wrong.
"I wonder what'll happen to the candy shop now." Lucifer mused aloud and glanced to Aaron. "You going to take it over?"

He thought it best not to mention he also owned The Black Sheep in case it came out that Lucifer ran that place.
"I'm a busy man." He said with a smile. "So there's not rule you can't do both, hm?"

"Maybe if their debt is too bad," He replied, then answered Aaron's question. "Oh, I've been here for over a year now. Seems like less, honestly."
