Now that school was started, Helena was busier than ever. A couple nights a week at the Firecracker on top of her grade one class (especially now that Faith was off having had her baby) and she found herself with very little time.
It was why she'd messaged both Dinah and Robert to come down to the bar while she worked. They still hadn't met and Dinah had been bugging her to get to know the tall, dark and hunky in her life. Helena wasn't much for formal 'meet the family' dinners, so the bar it was. They could talk to each other and she could intervene if needed.
For now she contented herself with serving whomever came in and striking up conversation. The people she met here never failed to interest her, the village rarely mundane.
