Ramoma was starting to think that she was a sort of safe-haven for Sam, and when she thought about it, she supposed it made sense. It was starting to sound like he had some heavy shit hanging over his head, and if there was ever a person that didn't push into someone's past, that wouldn't get angry because boo-hoo, someone didn't tell them every ( Read more... )

Ramona was a safe haven for Sam, even if he felt somewhat bad for the shit he pulled her into just by being friends with her. It wasn't that he was entirely against letting her know things about his life but there were so many things that he was used to keeping to himself. Things that he didn't want to tell people because he didn't want to scare them off. Of course, he hadn't really gotten that choice with Ramona because she had been told things about him that he then needed to explain.

Now she was moving in with Jo, which he thought was a good thing since it would keep her protected, and she seemed to get along with Bobby. Of course, Bobby was suspicious over the whole subspace thing but that was just good old Bobby.

Arriving at Ramona's room, he shifted the six pack into his other hand and knocked quietly.

Ramona figured it was either Sam or the pizza delivery guy, but just to play it safe, she peered through the peephole to make sure it wasn't Ruby again.

Seeing it was, in fact, Winchester comma Sam, Ramona stepped back and pulled the door open, a small but affectionate smile on her lips. "Hey cutie," she quipped as she stepped back to let him in, studying him subtly to gauge his mood.

He felt himself smirking in a somewhat bashful manner as she called him 'cutie'. "Hey." He looked relaxed on the surface but the look in his eyes was weary.

"Beer delivery." He held up the six pack as he stepped into the room, still managing a small smile.

Ramona figured if the shoe fit, might as well put it on and look pretty. Sam was a cutie, no denying it.

"Awesome." Bumping her smile up a notch, she took the six pack and looped her arm through his to steer him towards the island in the kitchen. "Step into my office while we wait for pizza, and in the meantime, eat Oreos. Cause if you're gonna have a ton of empty carbs anyway, might as well do it right."
