The first thing that greeted her was Gene's lowly mooing and then she noticed the tray that held coffee. It wasn't until she was further in the room that she saw Peter with his back against the wall.
"Hey." She said softly. "I thought I'd find you here. You okay?"

He glanced down at his sidekick again before putting it away in his pocket and pushing off the wall. "I should have known Walter went back home when I had a full night's sleep."

Peter thought about their conversation. "I was actually helping him on how to make the transition."
Peter let out a small breath that seemed almost sarcastic since, fat chance of helping him with that now, seeing as he was gone.

Olivia thought that she should clarify that because that had been a perfect straight line for Peter to run with in regard to his father’s altered reality usually with psychedelic drugs.

He looked at Olivia with a slightly playful smile. "Do you think I'm from a different reality than you, then?"

Olivia paused, mentally debating the decision of this but it was a perfect opportunity.
"Peter. I know the timing of this is horrible and believe me I would have this conversation at any another time." She took a breath and new it was better to rip off the band-aid. "When my ability to see things from the other side helped save some lives we decided to go out for a drink to celebrate." Olivia looked at Peter, "I saw a glow around your face that I'd never seen before."

"So," Peter looked at Olivia unsure of even how to phrase it. "You're saying I'm from the other side."
His mind was reeling. Was Olivia right? Peter knew Olivia wouldn't tell him if she had any doubts.
"Are you sure it wasn't just something I was wearing?"
