Two Jo(h)ns and a Cupid walk into an arcade. (OTA)
Retrocade had been a mess, despite the help from Harry, with a lot of interior clean up and work to do. Jon had called in Sheppard to help, and somehow Cupid ended up being brought along.
"Remind me again why we're doing this the hard way instead of you waving your hand and doing it all for us?" Jon asked the god. He was currently up on a ladder, applying a second coat of mud to the drywall that they had redone the day before. His hair was still covered in dry plaster from the earlier sanding they had done.
Sheppard laughed from his side of the room, where he was doing the same thing. "Because he's still sulking that he hasn't gotten any visitors to his part of the temple yet. Plus, it keeps us out of Aphrodite's sight."
Cupid just ignored them all and kept pulling up the broken tiles from the floor.
