IT'S HERE IT'S HERE IT'S HERE !!!!!11
I must say one of the reasons why I'm glad 2011 has arrived is because I get to use my new organizer heh. Kikki K, year II. Nothing different with my new years eve, spent it at home as per usual. Shirley's back, my brother was back yesterday & my sister was home with the bil working till late - The four of us chilled in my room for a bit. It's rare having people in my room. It's usually just me on my chair at my desk with my laptop. That's what you get when you walk past my room and look in. Gymmed, took a nice refreshing shower and a late dinner then I read my book. I am proud to say that I'm done with How Starbucks Saved My Life. I'm a slow reader, usually leaving a book read halfway so it's rather satisfying to know what the ending of a book looks like. T'was a good read. Easy, inspirational and seemingly close to my heart. I unintentionally pictured the entire setting to be at cp bux as I read along. I suppose I have a sense of place there.(Whoa look at that, gek1001 language.) Thereafter my family decided to get the mahjong table out. Snacked on chips with blue sparkling cocktail & ten minutes of being like kids with sparklers at the balcony as we ushered in 2011.
Some people don't find life anymore different. Well not to me. I have that brand new feeling as soon as midnight comes with the fireworks on TV, with the rush of texts and tweets (along with mildly cursing at the congestion caused), with the hugging and cheers to a new year. A new year means new calendars, organizers and sometimes new hopes & dreams. Resolutions are traditionally made this time of the year. If it had a store, sales would be at its peak and profits galore. (Hey I rhymed!) Imma get mine down in stone writing tomorrow. I usually have them listed in a post like this but this year, I don't feel like going public with it. Happy 2011 everybody! Make a wish at 11.11am on 1.1.11 They won't get congested like texts on new year's because there's always room for people to make wishes.
Love the smurf, Wenz.
