I think I have fallen in love with avocados. I don't know what made me do it--they were on sale at Kroger 10/$10 two months ago, and I just purchased some to experiment. A nice lady in my office taught me how to peel them properly.

Avocadoes are AWESOME. I have a slight allergy, but I eat them anyway because they're so delicious. Unfortunately, I'm told it could get worse as time goes by, but hopefully it won't.

Alton Brown made avocado buttercream for a cake on his show one time. I haven't tried it, but always think of it and am super intrigued. Something to try?
