Body and Appearance
1. Describe the character's height and build. Is he heavyset, thin, short, rangy?
4'11 and medium build. Kinda thin.

3. Describe his posture. Does he carry himself well or does he slouch?
He hunches over, never stands really tall. Hibiki isn't someone who carries himself well.
4. How is his health? Is he fit or out of shape? Any illnesses or conditions? Any physical disabilities?
He has arrhythmia, which simply put means he has an irregular heartbeat. Normally, it isn't too of a bad thing. However, because of that, he's rather frail and not at all athletic. An unexpected surprise like someone tackling him out of blue could cause his heart to act up and possibly stop.
5. How does he move? Is he clumsy, graceful, tense, fluid?
He never runs, always walks. He's very tense and worries a lots.
6. How attractive is this character physically? How does he perceive himself in the mirror?
Hibiki is very boyish. Of course, he's only 13 and still growing. He likes himself, but he wishes he could be more active and a little more mature.
7. Describe his complexion. Dark, light, clear, scarred?
He's pale since he doesn't go outside much. He has a few surgical scars on his torso from treatment of his arrhythmia.
8. Describe his hair: color, texture, style.
Messy black hair with bluish tints. He wears a hat to hide his bedhead, but what's visible is just as bad. He always has a bit of shounen hair bangs poking out from his hat.
9. What color are his eyes?
Blue grey, that sometimes look pure blue or black.
10. Does the character have any other noteworthy features?
Besides what's mentioned above, not really.
11. What are his chief tension centers?
His shoulders, chest, back.
12. What is the character's wardrobe like? Casual, dressy, utilitarian? Bright colors, pastels, neutrals? Is it varied, or does he have six of the same suit?
Very casual. He wears black t-shirt with a red zip up hoodie that's a bit big on him. Also black capris, sneakers, and a black and yellow hat backwards. He's got a blue Pokegear on his left wrist.
13. Do his clothes fit well? Does he seem comfortable in them?
His clothes are loose on him, which is exactly how he likes his clothes.
14. Does he dress the same on the job as he does in his free time? If not, what are the differences?
For the most part, yes, but sometimes he'll wear his Pokeathlon clothes if his regular are too dirty.

Speech

Young, boyish, sometimes his voice cracks too because of the wonders of puberty.

He speaks softy and slowly. But if he's nervous he speaks fastly.
3. Does the character have a distinct accent or dialect? Any individual quirks of pronunciation? Any, like, you know, verbal tics?
He has a stutter.

Uh, whatever language they speak in Pokeland. Probably Japanese, but who knows. And he only knows one.

Nope.

Hibiki isn't a very good speaker, and has to think before he speaks.
7. Is he eloquent or inarticulate? Under what circumstances might this change?
He's a little inarticulate, but that's mostly because he's not very formal. However, around his elders he tries is best to be polite.
Mental and Emotional

He spent lots of time indoors reading when he was younger, so he knows quite a bit. Mostly about Pokemon.

Hibiki needs time to think before acting.

He's idealistic and hopeful.

He spent time learning from Professor Elm when he was younger. Before arriving on the Island, he was studying under his Grandparents about breeding and taking care of Pokemon.

Pokemon Breeding. Pokemon in general really.

A mix of the both, but a little more on the introvert.

He's calm, but nervous too. He's driven, but a like laid-back too.

He takes things slowly, but he's enthusiastic when meeting new people.

He's more likely to act.

Flight. He doesn't like conflict.

He doesn't really have a sense of humor. He's not one to make joke, but he can laugh at someone else.

Dying is his biggest fear. Losing his friends and family. Closed, cramp spaces. He doesn't like hospitals that much after spending so much time in them.

To become a great Pokemon Breed.

That he has arrhythmia, since he doesn't what people to treat him special.
Relationships

He's close to his parents, since they've done so much for him. (He game shows him only having a father, but my headcanon says he has both. Also that his mother is good friends with Kotone's mother.)

He doesn't have any siblings.
3. Are there other blood relatives to whom he is close? Are there ones he can't stand?
He's close to his grandparents that run the Pokemon Day Care. Other then them, he's not close to any other relatives.

Not really. He does consider Kotone's mother like an aunt.

Hibiki's best friend is his childhood friend Kotone. They met soon after his family moved to New Bark Town.

Silver is his only other friend, but they aren't really that close.

He gets along good with others, but he does get to close because of his arrhythmia

Both are very important to him.

He's still sort of young, so he doesn't think about it. But of course, puberty is changing that a little.
