So I've made an eating plan for the week following the fast. I'd like to slowly incorporate foods into my diet, so that I don't totally overwhelm my digestive system and my metabolism. get some baby food.. seriously. The fruit ones are really good, and the veggies are pureed so you dont have to do so much digestion.

oooh, good idea! I love baby food bananas! I'm going to check out the organic baby foods at Whole Foods!
