So I've made an eating plan for the week following the fast. I'd like to slowly incorporate foods into my diet, so that I don't totally overwhelm my digestive system and my metabolism. The fast recommends 2 days of juice, which isn't too much of a big deal to me, since I work across the street from a Jamba juice. Freshly squeezed juice tastes awesome.

Eating plan, post-fast

Day one (Sunday): juice throughout the day, soup or broth for dinner
Day two (Monday): juice throughout the day, soup for dinner
Day three (Tuesday): fruit and juice smoothie for breakfast, soup for lunch, soup and fruit for dinner
Day four (Wednesday): fruit and juice smoothie for breakfast, soup for lunch, brown rice and tofu for dinner
Day five (Thursday): fruit and juice smoothie for breakfast, brown rice and tofu for lunch, vegetarian chili for dinner
Day six (Friday): fruit and juice smoothie for breakfast, soup for lunch, chili for dinner
Day sever (Saturday): bran muffin and eggs for breakfast, soup for lunch, healthy dinner (Phil and I will cook something healthy, probably vegan)
