yesterday: egg on toast, coffee; chinese food (my work-going-away lunch!) so it was fried rice, noodles, lots of green beans, tofu, spring roll; then for dinner I just snacked on veggies and fruit since I had such a big lucnh from lunch... apple, some celery, broccoli, cucumber, and a banana w/almond butter.

gym: just a half hour spinning class. It felt like nothing since I've been going to the hour long classes for so long.

I've been gettin alot of compliments lately that I look really good, and that it looks like I lost alot of weight. Which is really nice to hear- BUT I havn't lost that much weight! Only like 10 pounds. And now that I'm used to my body like this, it's hard to even imagine what it was like when I was bouncing between 150 and 155.  Weird.  My body looks much better, and more proportioned; but I still would like to loose about 10 more pounds eventually. I get so paranoid about gaining the weight back, but I don't think it will happen.  I enjoy working out, I'm just concerned that things could change once I go back to school and my schedule gets all jumbled up.  But I am SO pumped to get back to school.

In other news, I'm baking banana bread tonight for my boyfriend's birthday.  I'm going to write happy bday on it as if it's a cake!  I just figured it's healthier than cake and still really yummy. And it's not for a party or anything where it could be shared- just a little surprise when I go visit and it would be better to have a whole loaf of banana bread to yourself instead of a cake.

What is everyone's favorite guilt-free treat?? The banana bread recipe doesn't look too unhealthy- I'll post the recipe tomorrow and let you all know how it tastes!
