I ran 1.5 miles last night! I did it in 20 minutes, including a 5 minute warm up walk. Woo! And I thought I couldn't run... I felt fine for the first mile, but I started to get real tired past that. I want to work my way up to 3 miles over the next couple months- should't be too bad.
I also did a spinning class last night after that- lots of cardio! I had an awful, stressful day at work so I really needed those endorphins.
I've been eating pretty good too- I don't even want junk food anymore. I used to look forward to it on weekends, but I always feel guilty so anticipating that guilt, I just steer clear.
Yesterday's food:
egg on toast, coffe; fake-chicken buger on piece of toast; rice cake with peanut butter; half english muffin with peanut butter; big bowl of cereal and piece of cheese.
There are no fruit and veggies in my house right now... bummer
